Toppling motion along an inclined plane

The scenario here is a dry block (with a stable surface of contact) on a dry fixed inclined plane, with \theta being the angle of inclination with the horizontal axis, considering the possibility that the block topples. The block is assumed to be cuboidal placed along the incline as shown, with l the length along the incline and b the height perpendicular to the incline.
